- What type of licensing or subscription
agreements are available for Anilor products?
Anilor subscriptions can be written for single learners, for dozens,
hundreds, or thousands of learners. Subscriptions can be acquired
for periods as short as one week and as long as one year. Subscriptions
can be activated and deactivated as required. An enterprise license
can also accommodate an unlimited number of learners if desired.
Licenses can accommodate classroom sessions, train-the-trainer
certification and custom development of course content such as
product information, pricing and custom cases scenarios.
- How can I see this training in action?
Click on the Demo link
here or on the home page to tour the key features of our on-line
courses, mentoring guidelines and Anilor job aids (Anilor Role
Play Planner© and Anilor Call Cue Sheets©). Special
arrangements can be made for qualified prospects to review entire
courses within a specified period of time. Contact info@anilor.com
to initiate the process.
- How many of hours of on-line learning
is included in this course? What about a blended model?
E-Learning is typically expected to reduce the duration of classroom
training by about 50%. With sufficient follow-up by supervisors
and QA, the current classroom Telesales Course requires
a minimum of two, eight-hour sessions to realize acceptable results.
The on-line Telesales course requires between 3 and 6 hours
of seat time, depending on the abilities and learning style of
the agent. As with any telesales skills development effort, both
implementations require periodic role play and practice sessions
with coaches or supervisors. Anilor has created a Mentor/Coaching
Guide, Anilor Role Play Planner© and Anilor Call Cue Sheets
© to facilitate learning and application of new skills.
- Why not just use paper-based materials
with an instructor? What is the benefit of using e-learning?
"Organizations around the world are witnessing the benefits
of e-learning – cost-savings, flexibility, and increased
productivity." E-Learning Guidebook Brandon-Hall.com
"...learners ...can better understand the material, leading
to a 60% faster learning curve, compared to instructor-led training.
... Whereas the average content retention rate for an instructor-led
class is only 58%, the more intensive e-learning experience enhances
the retention rate by 25-60%. Higher retention of the material
puts a higher value on every dollar spent on training." WR

E-Learning, especially when delivered within a blended model (on-line/classroom/mentoring)
has huge potential to positively influence bottom line results.
Although Anilor Discovery/Fulfillment training is also available
for classroom delivery, the following benefits lead most trainers
to implement blended training.
- Consistent and standard training results.
- Reduced Training time and swifter time
to proficiency.
- Greater flexibility to realize mastery
of skills over time. On-line training can be accessed at any
time during a subscription for review and enrichment sessions.
- Multimedia courseware stimulates learners
with varying learning styles. Learners are able to review audio
examples, guidelines and supporting materials at the time they
are needed.
- Training is available 24/7. Trainers can
begin training an individual or numbers of new-hires in a moment's
notice.
- Trainer’s status and effectiveness
can be enhanced when foundational skills are developed on-line
and the trainer’s expertise can be focused on performance
development within role plays, mentoring and group practice
sessions.
- Does Anilor on-line training accommodate
client product knowledge (technical specifications, price and
data sheets, etc.)?
Anilor has anticipated that product information may be useful
when agents are learning to consider Discovery/Fulfillment concepts
such as value propositions, discovery questions, question zappers
and closing summary statements. Anilor’s Vertical Market
Architecture© includes pages and functions that can present
and or link to client product information. Such material can be
made available within context sensitive pages or as an adjunct
document available via applications such as Adobe Acrobat.
- What are the technical requirements
for Anilor on-line products?
You can review the technical requirements for recommended delivery
platforms as well as hosting and record keeping options by clicking
the Technical Specifications
link here or on the Anilor Home Page.
